Answer First is the best practice for every one to use in day to day life when we are running short of time. This is a management concept where in individual has to respond for the query of the management in crisp and short form.
Simple example: Did you complete the estimations for start of a design solution...question from Management.
Answer should be: Yes or no in the first instance....do not start expalining things in the beginning. Once you say "yes" or "No" then start explain the logic behind your answer.
this is because....Management will not have time to listen to you for a long.
