Basically it's a free web service that lets you do some interesting stuff with RSS feeds. It has four functions:
One lets you aggregate multiple RSS feeds into a single one,
Second, republishes an RSS feed to a blog-like web page,
Third, It will take an RSS feed and turn it into a mobile-friendly web page,
and Last It will publish an RSS feed of all e-mail sent to an @xfruits.com e-mail address.
Intersting, all with single login.
