1. Scope Creep The customer adds Changes on to the signed off requirements instead of categorising them as change requests
2. Shared Developemnt This situation arises when two teams are working on same piece of code, neither of the parties shares the changes that each has incorporated. This causes lot of confusion and calls for re work.
3. New Domain This chalenge arises when the domain in which the project needs to be executed is new, or when team does not have enough experience in the new domain.
4. New Technology The project that being executed may be the first of its kind or may involve a new technology.
5. Software/Hardware Infrastructure The challenge is due to softare licenses not available on time or hardware infrastructure being inadequate. Working on temp infrastructure lead to sub optimal solution

7. Incorrect Estimate some of the most challenges faced by the proect team is incorrect estimates. May be due to inadequate project exp or error in taking analogous inputs from a similar domain.
