Education and Leadership. Dhoni and capton

Recently Dhoni enrolled for B.Com degree in Ranchi. Is education really matters for leadership? Dhoni is already successful captain of the India team. These days we see lot of MCAs getting into lot of senior positions of software companies. Then the question comes what value is being added by doing higher education. Everyone is interested in quick monies nobody wanted to do hard work and earn money.
