How should be an Enterprise Architect ET

ET is to take the business architecture and derive the IT architecture from it. The enterprise architect needs a broad understanding of the business to recognize where processes or parts of processes and recycle. ET should have qualities, skills, business acumen, experience, and discipline to ensure business and IT align. ET works as translator. Business tells ET and ET it turn communicate in IT language to IT folks within IT strategy.
Talking across Silos: need to communicate various teams with in-depth knowledge and bring them together. ET should extrovert. Need selling skills, ability to deal with senior management, Technology depth and Business acumen, finally good leader.
ET should have passion for problem and involve in solving and extroverted personality.
