In this context,what Business houses need to do to retain(if not acquire more business) are simple but concrete.
1. Contact customers. Get in touch and meet them and ask for any concerns and issues. Appraise them about what steps are being taken to make customer happy. Talk and act preventive steps you are going to take customers into confidence. Crisis makes customers ore awareness and things re normally under transaction.
2. You have to do more for less. That means spend more efforts for same remuneration. This is crisis and you cannot have the rules. This is not Buyer blind situation. It is Buyer Beware is the action as every dollar counts.
3. Can you get other avenues
find out new opportunities and new revenues. Think different and change the patterns
4. Do not get focus on one particular solution or location. Just explore global opportunities and identify most effective solutions
5. Ignore internal differences
This is not time for internal arguments. Just unite. Organisations need more of united effort and organisations cannot tolerate any indiscipline
6. Keep traction on items to grab them and as opportunities
