Eucalyptus is an very good offering for cloud environmnet but it looks like need more effort on for the enterprise space but it they have the right tie ups with some of the key external cloud providers. With the Venture Capitalist funding they have received in July, they can add some additional capabilities for managing the enterprise space and compete with Cluster Resources and Platform Computing for private/public cloud environments.
