Micro Manager and No Manager

Is your boss aware of each and every what you do? Is he asking for all micro activities list? Does he wanted to give suggestions on what you do and don't. Do you want every move you make is observed by your boss or you want you’re potential to grow on your own? This is where many managers are trying to micro managing his or her team. Most of the team members are not interested but boss will do? Do you think your boss is guilty of Micromanage?

And then think of your manager not bothered about your activities for several weeks and assume everything is OK. Boss will come to you only when some thing is really serious. Do you get any benefit out of that behavior? It is called no manager.

I need a balance? I do not want Micro Manager or No Manager. I need a manager.
