Temperamental Talent

What happens when a company's most valuable employee is also its most destructive? Will it happen. Is it due to personal problems? Will he not accepting the new boss? Definitely this is not the case of inefficiency of doing job as he or she is the most efficient employee. He or she is an asset but at the same time his behavior is not conducive to the organisation particularly when change is happening in the organisation. How do you solve the problem?
