JAn 26th we started on Indica to visit Hamsala Deevi and Mopidevi.

Hamsala Deevi visit

First we visited Hamsala Deevi on 27th. Venugopala Swamy temple at Hamsala Deevi the culmination point of River Krishna with Bay of Bengal is an ancient one. The structures and sculptures of the temple connote the rich traditional values of architecture. People of Hamsala Deevi believe that they have survived their lives during 1977 Hurricane only because of Lord Venu Gopala Swamy. Lakhs of Pilgrims
worship the lord Venugopala Swamy on Magha Poornima.
We have performed Kalyanam at Venugopalaswamy temple. Also visited Sagara sangamam where Krishna meets Bay of Bengal.

Mopidevi Visit

A famous Subramanyeswara Temple and Sakaleswara Shivalingam attracts number of pilgrims. It is believed that these Gods blessings are most powerful. Sree Subrahmanyeswara Swamy temple in Mopidevi is the ancient Subrahmanyeswara lingam and the gods preached subrahmanyeswara as per the Sahyadri Khanda of Skanda Purana.
