Time and again the discussion about comparing Manager vr IC has come up. I was going thru one of the blogs(pl. see the link)

and observed that ..the moment you stop working, you become manager. why people are so adverse idea about manager. I believe truly we have very few managers who can got control of it. We do not require glorified managers to manage intellectual ICs.
