Many are talking about change for growth. Change is no doubt imminent for e.g.people are looking for change in the politics .Sameway, global financial crisis has lead to change in regulations and control innovations. Go Green is environmental change, Sameway we are into Technology chage for low cost out sourcing, like this the list of changes go on. why these changes are happening? Are they automatically progressed to improvement or they take their own diversion. Today, being telugu new year, Ugadi, everyone expects that their life heads for good things(obviously). Is it the case with everyone . While the expectations are same but may not have destiny to achieve the same. Are change and Growth go same direction . may not be always . God is there to decide your change and subsequent growth.
