Help, Adivices and Information

In our life there are people who provide Help, some provide Advices and others give information.You may ask what is the difference. If Someone gives information which may not influence individual . just provide info and leave the matter to individual for decision. Someone gives advices to influence others. Some others provide help. Providing Help and Information is good. problem comes only with those who to provide Advices and they create problems not just for those who are getting Advice but for those need to suppost that Advice. Well I cannot give a clear example as it breaches my confidential info, you can get to know things when you did.
